Online Screening System
Our online screening system is the best way to submit a Tenant Screening. Built with security and convenience the online system allows for easy, convenient, and intuitive forms to fill out and submit to us. Once we complete your request you will be notified by email.
Here's what to do:
- Request an account by calling or emailing us at info@rentalpropertyscreening.com or 334-745-2003.
- An administrator will review and setup your account.
- Check your email for setup information once an administrator has added you to the screening system.
- Log into your account and begin submitting screening requests.
Faxing Applications
Here's what to do:
- Have your applicant review and sign the Rental Screening Authorization Form.*
- Fill out our Rental Screening Inquiry Form and select your services.
- Fax the completed Inquiry form to 334-745-2066.
- We'll fax your results back.
- Now, you can make an informed, educated decision about your potential tenant!
